Product description
The GW800 is a precision fiber cleaving tool, an essential step before fusion splicing. A flat, clean end-face cut is the prerequisite for a low-loss splice.
Designed for fibers with 0.125 mm diameter. The blade rotates automatically, so after one section wears out the next cleave uses a fresh section, giving a total blade life of 36,000 cleaves. The cleaver automatically collects cut fiber scraps in a dedicated compartment, keeping the work area clean. The protective cover locks easily.
