Splicer servicing is available at the authorized DVP and TUMTEC service center for splicers. We provide DVP and Tumtec splicer owners with quality service during and after the warranty period. Splicer service under warranty
We are an authorized service for DVP and TUMTEC fusion splicers. We have a stock of original spare parts for fast and quality service. If servicing takes more than a day, we provide a replacement device.
DVP and Tumtec fusion splicers are built to last. After the warranty expires, the devices are expected to work for many more years. Service support includes regular "hygiene" of devices, cleaning, electrode replacement, calibration, battery replacement if capacity weakens significantly. Mechanical damage to equipment often occurs in the field, so the service can be quite demanding. That is why we have a good stock of spare parts or replacement devices so that the work process is not disrupted.

SUMITOMO and FUJIKURA splicer service
