Product description
This tool safely opens plastic cable jackets longitudinally at various thicknesses. It is used at cable ends or mid-span, where fibers need to be accessed without cutting the entire cable.
The tool has dual blades made from hardened special steel and adjustable cutting depth to accommodate different jacket thicknesses. A gray adapter extension covers cables up to 35 mm in diameter, with additional adapters available for optical cables and smaller diameters. The body is made from impact-resistant plastic, and operation is safe and straightforward with no risk of injury.
